Terms of Service

Plain-language version: you sign up, we build you a beautiful dashboard, you pay for it on a recurring basis, you can cancel anytime, and neither of us does anything shady. The legal version is below.

1. Who's agreeing

These Terms are an agreement between MyDashBorg ("we," "us," "MyDashBorg" — a venture of TSYBORG) and you, the customer ("you," "your"). By signing up for or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

We design, build, host, and maintain custom data dashboards. You pick a template (or describe a custom build), give us your data sources, and we deliver a dashboard your team can use. Most builds finish within 5 business days.

3. Plans and pricing

Current plans are Spark, Streamline, Hive, and Borg (enterprise/custom). Pricing and what's included is on our Pricing page. We may change pricing for new sign-ups at any time, but if you're an existing paying customer we'll honor your current price for at least 12 months and email you 30 days before any change.

4. Billing

  • You pay monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
  • Annual plans get a 20% discount and renew automatically unless you cancel.
  • Add-ons (extra dashboards, custom modules, priority builds, etc.) bill on top of your base plan.
  • If a payment fails, we'll retry a couple of times and email you. After 14 days of failed payment, we may suspend access to your dashboard. Your data stays intact for 90 days.
  • Schools and verified nonprofits get 20% off, forever, on top of the annual discount.

5. Refunds

First 30 days: full refund, no questions asked. After that: prorated refund for annual plans if you cancel within the first 90 days; otherwise, your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period.

6. Your data

Your data is yours. We store it on Cloudflare's infrastructure to display it back to you. We don't sell it, share it with marketers, or use it to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

At any time, you can export all your data in a portable format. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use MyDashBorg to:

  • Process data you don't have permission to process (illegal, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized).
  • Run scams, spam operations, or phishing.
  • Host or share illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, etc.).
  • Try to break our service (probing, DoS, scraping at abusive rates).
  • Resell our service to third parties without our written agreement.

If you do any of these, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and cooperate with law enforcement.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the dashboards we host (matching Cloudflare's SLA). If we're materially below that for a calendar month, contact us and we'll credit the affected portion of your bill.

9. Our build work

When we build a custom dashboard for you, you own the visual configuration of that dashboard for use within MyDashBorg. We retain ownership of the underlying templates, components, and code that power it. If you cancel, you keep your data; we keep our framework.

10. Warranties

We provide the service "as is." We do our best to keep it secure, fast, and accurate, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to every conceivable purpose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you've paid us in that period.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing admin@mydashborg.com. We can terminate your account if you violate these Terms (after notice, except in egregious cases).

12. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we'll email you 30 days before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the current version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
